The hotel consists of five beautiful Baroque-style stone buildings, each offering stunning views of the sea and majestic mountains in this UNESCO-protected area. The main building, located on Perast's central square, houses the reception and a restaurant, while the remaining four are just a few hundred metres away, each providing its own unique character.
Guests can choose from 11 spacious family suites, perfect for four or more, and 28 double rooms spread across these charming buildings. The main palace buzzes with life, while the annex buildings offer extra privacy, featuring private entrances, courtyards, kitchens, a swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. We also offer a range of services, such as airport transfers and boat trips to nearby beaches and marinas. Hotel's policy
Cancellation & Prepayment
No advance payment is required when booking less than 5 rooms or apartments or when booking less than 10 nights. In this case, the booking can be canceled free of charge until 7 days before the date of arrival. If canceled later or in case of no show, total reservation amount will be charged.
50 % advance payment is required when booking 5 or more rooms or apartments or when staying for 10 or more nights. The advance payment is non-refundable except in case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemic lockdown, wars) when the total advance amount would be refunded. The remaining amount is to be paid at the property.

Child policies
Children of any age are welcome. There is no surcharge for children up to 5 years old. Cots are available, but must be booked in advance.
Breakfast
08:00-10:30h. Breakfast can be served as take away as well (lunch package), but needs to be announced at least 1 day in advance.
Parking
Parking is free of charge in the off-season 01 November - 01 April. During the summer season, you can park your car in the public car parks at either entrance to the town for 20€ per day.

Pets are allowed in some rooms and apartments. Please contact the Front Desk for more information.
Free dock for our guests
Boats up to 10m in length can use our berth free of charge. Reservation by phone +382 67 257 387. Boats over 10m long can pay for a berth right next to our restaurant. Payment on the spot.
Parking information
The old town of Perast cannot be entered by vehicle in the period May - October. We suggest parking your vehicle in the parking lots at the entrances to the town (charged at 20€ per day) and walk to the restaurant. Depending on availability, we can pick you up by electric vehicle.
